For skirt wall:
When you cover the lower portion of a wall with Beonstone, it is important to install a transition sill. This will improve the overall look of the wall and protect from water infiltration. Complete the installation of Beonstone panels to the desired height. Put in place the transition sill on the last row of panels and fasten. Then apply an elastomeric membrane above the sill. The elastomeric membrane must cover the sill by at least 25 mm (1 in), and a minimum of 100 mm (4 in) for the upper portion.
Otherwise you will have to make a horizontal cut on all panels in the last row and install them like the top of a full wall before installing the transition sill.
*The thickness of a sill is 2 inches.
